  • Flow builder (no-code/low-code).

  • Analytics and reporting.

Future features may include data integrations and AI-powered automation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration and billing information.
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp policies.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • Misuse WhatsApp Business API or bypass its limitations.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell SautiFlow services.

4. WhatsApp Messaging Costs

Subscription fees for SautiFlow do not include WhatsApp conversation charges. WhatsApp charges are billed separately by Meta according to its pricing policies, and may vary by region.

5. Subscription, Upgrades & Cancellation

  • Plans: SautiFlow offers tiered pricing plans (e.g., Basic, Small Business, Medium, Enterprise).
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually).
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: You may switch plans at any time. Adjustments apply to the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data will be retained for [60 days] before permanent deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and branding related to SautiFlow remain the property of [Endrizons (PYT) LTD].
  • You retain ownership of content and data you upload to the platform.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

  • We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • SautiFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for WhatsApp platform downtime, third-party failures, or data transmission issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SautiFlow shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Damages arising from your misuse of the service.

10. Modifications to Service & Terms

We may update features, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the changes.
